Our story began with Mr. Lee Yin, Head of the Orthopaedic Appliance Department at University Hospital Kuala Lumpur and founder of the Lee Prosthetic and Orthotic Centre. His dedication inspired his son, Mr. Steven Lee, to establish Neolee Rehab Supply in 2004, providing affordable, high-quality medical devices through pharmacies.
In 2014, Mr. Bryan Lee, Steven’s eldest son, revitalized the business and officially founded Neolee Rehab Supply Sdn Bhd. With his UK education and forward-thinking vision, Bryan pioneered online medical equipment sales in Malaysia, reshaping the industry. Soon joined by his siblings, Mr. Kenneth Lee (logistics and procurement) and Ms. Carina Lee (marketing and branding), the trio continues to grow Neolee’s legacy—combining family values with modern innovation to better serve Malaysians nationwide.

Expansion of Branches & Online Presence
Over these years Neolee expanded from its original base to include physical showrooms in Kuala Lumpur (Cheras), Johor Bahru (Taman Johor Jaya) and Melaka (Batu Berendam) while strengthening its e-commerce and nationwide delivery operations.
Membership in Aged-Care Association
Neolee, through its Managing Director Bryan Lee, joined the Association for Residential Aged Care Operators of Malaysia (AgeCope) as part of the KL/Putrajaya branch meeting — marking its strengthened commitment to the aged-care sector.
