As part of our commitment, we offer FREE DELIVERY services for new and repeated purchases within West Malaysia, ensuring that your essential medical equipment reaches you promptly. However charges will apply for spare part purchases. Do take note that we mainly deliver hospital beds to ground floors and buildings with elevators to facilitate ease of delivery. If customers require the hospital beds to be carried up or down levels, kindly inform us during the purchase process, and charges will apply accordingly for this additional service.

In addition to our delivery service, we understand that circumstances may require relocating hospital beds to new locations. For this purpose, we provide professional assistance in moving our hospital beds to your new destination. While our delivery service is complimentary, charges will apply for the relocation service to cover the costs associated with moving and handling.
